Consequently, by accepting this contract, the user declares that he is of legal age, has full capacity to contract and that he has read and accepts these General Conditions.

3. Products and services

The company makes complete information about its products available to users through technical specifications in each product sheet.

4. Delivery

The 3dshop.blogscopia.com page is an online store managed by SCOPIA where orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The furniture 3D model packs can be downloaded immediately, once payment is completed.

The 3D virtual models, personalized with the face and clothing provided by the client, are made manually, and can be downloaded between 2 and 6 days after purchase.

Real sculptures of people, or figurines, are also made manually, they are sculpted in 3D, printed and painted manually. Depending on the chosen modality*, and the shipping address, orders may take between 2 and 5 weeks.

To place an order, the customer must be registered as a user of the page. This can be done before starting to fill the cart with products or just before the payment process.

To be a user you will be asked for personal information that will allow us to:

• Create your user profile. With this profile you will be able to access the area with the history of your orders, download the files for each order, send direct messages to our customer service department, etc…
• Obtain your tax data to create invoices per order

When placing an order, a message will automatically be sent to the email address indicated in the registration. This message will confirm that the order has been placed correctly.

Depending on the service, we will contact you again to indicate the next steps, until the service has been completely fulfilled.

8. Refund policy

At 3deshop we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for when purchases don’t turn out as expected. This is what the policy covers:

• Faulty products
• Products that do not work as advertised
• Accidental purchase (products that have been downloaded and bulk orders are not covered by the policy)

We expect that you know what you’re buying when you purchase a product. We provide documentation about how to use the products. Thus, not knowing how to use Sweet Home 3D, Blender, or the product that you purchased is considered insufficient cause for a refund.

To get the refund contact our support by the contact page. Please provide:

• The product you would like refunded.
• The ID of your purchase.
• The email used on your 3deshop account.
• A description of the issues that you are having with the product.

We will investigate the problem. If the product is found to be faulty or not working as described, it will be fixed, or a refund will be offered, so long as the purchase was made no more than 30 days prior to your request.
