At 3deshop we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for when purchases don’t turn out as expected. This is what the policy covers:
- Faulty products
- Products that do not work as advertised
- Accidental purchase (products that have been downloaded and bulk orders are not covered by the policy)
We expect that you know what you’re buying when you purchase a product. We provide documentation about how to use the products. Thus, not knowing how to use Sweet Home 3D, Blender, or the product that you purchased is considered insufficient cause for a refund.
How to get the refund
Contact our support by the contact page. Please provide:
- The product you would like refunded.
- The ID of your purchase.
- The email used on your 3deshop account.
- A description of the issues that you are having with the product.
We will investigate the problem. If the product is found to be faulty or not working as described, it will be fixed or a refund will be offered so long as the purchase was made no more than 30 days prior to your request.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
